Ingredients for the recipe:
For roses:-
1 cup maida/APF
1 cup hot milk
2 tsp powdered sugar/pisi hui cheeni
1/4 tsp salt/namak
2 tsp of clarified butter/ desi ghee
additional ingredients:-
flavours of your choice
food colour of your choice

Ingredients for the sugar syrup/sheera :-
1 cup sugar/cheeni
1 and 1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp green cardamom powder/hari elaichi powder
1 tsp lemon juice/nubu ka ras
Enough oil for deep frying
One round shape cutter to cut flower petals else you can use any glass or bowl also.

Note: Just make little sticky syrup not with thread and syrup should be warm when you dip your roses in it.
Do not turn and fry on high heat.
