Ingredients for the recipe:- For boiling chicken:- 600 gm of boneless chicken 1/2 tsp salt/namak 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste (adrak lehsun ka paste) 1/3 cup of water if using pressure cooker For stuffing: shredded chicken 2 tbsp of oil 8 spring onion bulb small finely chopped(hare pyaz ka safed hissa) 1 cup of spring onion green finely chopped(hara pyaaz) 3 tbsp of finely chopped ginger-garlic/adrak lehsun (1:1 ratio) 4 to 5 finely chopped green chilies(hari mirch)or as per your taste 2 tbsp of soya sauce 1 tbsp of schezwan sauce 1/2 tsp salt/namak or as per taste samosa patti/strips as required
