White chicken korma-Shadiyon wala korma-Shahi white chicken korma-safed Murgh-Chicken in white gravy

White /Shahi chicken korma is a Mughlai dish. Its a royal Mughlai dish made in a white gravy.Gravy is made by paste of cashews makes it more royal.Addition of cream in white chicken korma makes its more creamy and royal.Green chilies and black pepper is added to make it spicy.Is a mildly spiced dish but if you prefer more spicy then can add more of chilies.If cooked in desi ghee /clarified butter then the taste will be out of imagination.I am sharing my recipe of white gravy chicken korma,It is a very easy and quick recipe.Chicken korma in a royal way can be prepared in just 30 minutes.So make it,serve it and enjoy with your family and friends.If you like my recipe then like ,share and subscribe to my channel chop and chill.Do let me know in the comment box how it turned out. Ingredients for the recipe are as follows :
500 gm of chicken
3 tbsp of ginger garlic paste(adrak lehsun)
3/4 cup of curd/dahi
1/3 cup of thick fresh cream
1/3 cup of milk
1 tbsp of kasuri methi/fenugreek leaves
1 tsp of garam masala powder (prefer hommade)
1 tsp of salt or as per taste
1/4 cup oil + 1/4 cup ghee + 1/4 cup ghee/oil( used at last)
3 cardamom/hari elaichi
3 cloves/laung
1 star anise/chakri phool
2 inch piece of cinnamon

For gravy paste :
2 big coarsely chopped onions
50 gm of cashew
3 green cardamom/hari elaichi
4 to 6 black pepper
1 tsp of salt
3 to 4 green chilies or as per taste
2 green chilies for garnishing
