Dough Flour 250gm Oil 20ml Salt as per taste Sugar 1tsp Garlic powder 1tsp Yeast 1tsp Water as required
Dough: add flour, oil salt, sugar, garlic powder and yeast in a bowl. Now add water gradually for desired consistency. and knead the dough to a soft spongy consistency. Rest the dough for 30 to 40 minutes.
Roll the dough into a 12 inch thin crust round and set it on the baking pan. Poke holes on the base with perforator Or fork.
Add marinara and bbq sauce on the base and spread it evenly, and top it with american Cheddar, mozzarella, roasted beef, roasted tomato, roasted garlic and basil leaves. Sprinkle oregano on top. Brush oil or butter on the edges to get golden crust edges. Bake it for 10- 15 minutes on 250 degree celcius.
Serve it with fresh basil leaves and ketchup...
Chicken piccata :
Chicken breast 125 gm Salt as per taste Paprika 1tsp Black pepper 1tsp Chili sauce 1tsp Ingredients for coating: Egg 1 Flour 1/2 cup Salt to taste Black pepper 1tsp Oregano 1tsp Oil for frying Method: Cut chicken breast into fillets and marinate with salt, paprika, black pepper and chili sauce. In bowl add flour, salt, black pepper and oregano. In a separate bowl beat egg. Dip the marinated chicken filets in egg and coat with flour. Heat oil in pan and shallow fry the coated chicken fillet on medium for 2 minute from both sides. Serve with marinara sauce
Peanut butter banana shake:
Banana 2 Peanut butter 2tbsp Milk 1 cup Sugar as required Chocolate for garnish Roasted peanuts (crushed) for garnish
