Tawa Mash Daal Fry :
White lentil 250 grams
Beef mince ½ kg
Garlic chopped 4-5 cloves
Onion chopped 2
Tomatoes 3
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Coriander seeds crushed 1 tsp
Black Cardamom 3-4
Cinnamon 2-3 sticks
Cloves 4-5
Bay leaves 2-3
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Ginger slice 1 inch
Clarified butter 5-6 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Boiled the White lentil. Now pour on hotplate clarified butter and add whole spices when spices is tempering then add the finely cut onion and finally cut garlic and fry. when onion is brown then add the beef mince and roast well. Then add crushed red chili ,cumin ,crushed black pepper ,crushed whole coriander ,turmeric powder and tomatoes mix then well mix and roast .when masala well mix and rost then add the white lentils and fry well .when lentil and mice mix well then add the green chilies and dish out .finally add the ginger slices and garnish with coriander and serve .


Anda kofta :
Ingredients:
Koftay 1 packet
Boiled eggs 6
Onion slices 2 large
Yogurt ½ kg
Whole garam masala 2 tbsp
Screw pine ¼ cup
Garlic 1 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Cayenne chili paste 4 tbsp
Method:
In a pan heat oil and fry onion golden brown .now remove and grind it then set a side .then in the same oil fry eggs and koftay than set aside .then oil and ginger ,garlic and whole garam masala add and fry .after this add yogurt ,red chili ,turmeric ,talhar cili paste and salt add and cook for 5 minutes then add yogurt ,screw pine ,grind onion and eggs add then add 3 cup of water then cook on low heat for 20 minutes and serve .

Karelay Ka Achaar :
Ingredients:
Bitter Gourd 1 kg
Turmeric ½ tsp
Mustard oil ½ cup
Salt 2 tbsp
Nigella sativa 2 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds 1 tbsp
Fennel seeds 2 tbsp
Crushed button red chilies 15
Vinegar 2 cup
Method:
Cut the round bitter gourds and remove the seeds then add vinegar and salt and leave for a minute then set a side. now wash the bitter gourd and strain it .now in a pan heat oil and fry the bitter gourd then add Fenugreek seeds and roast well .when oil come on surface then add the spices salt ,turmeric and crushed button chilies then read bitter gourd is ready .
