Tandoori Chicken Naan Pizza:

Ingredients for Marination:

Boneless chicken thighs 500 gm
Yogurt 1 cup
Oil ¼ cup
Cumin seeds 1-1/2 tsp
Coriander 1 tbsp
All spice 1 tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chilies 1tsp
Food color 1 pinch
Lemon juice 1tbsp

For Assembling:
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Naan bread 2
Garlic 2 cloves
Green bell pepper 1
Red onion 1 small
Cilantro for garnish

Method:
Mix marination ingredients with ½ cup yogurt. Take out 2 tbsp and add chicken in rest of the marination and leave for 30 minutes. Then cook it. Spread oil on naan then mix rest of the marination with 2 tbsp yogurt and spread it on naan. Add chicken and cheese then add onion, bell pepper, garlic and grill it till it gets golden.


Bharwan Bhindi:

Ingredients:

Lady finger 500 gm
Oil 4 tbsp
Lemon juice of 1 lemon

For Stuffing Masala:
Desiccated coconut 4 tbsp
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
Cumin powder 2 tsp
Dried mango powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
All spice 1 tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Salt 1 tsp

Method:
Cut ladyfinger from center in a way that they don’t get separate. Mix ingredients of stuffing masala and stuff it in ladyfinger. Fry lady finger in pan in single layer then add lemon juice and serve.

Milky Masala Drink:

Ingredients:
Milk 2 cup
Sugar 4 tbsp
Saffron water 1 tsp

For Milk Masala:
Almonds 5
Cashew nuts 5
Pistachios 10
Coconut 1tbsp
Clove 1
Nutmeg 1 pinch
Cinnamon 1 small stick
Green cardamoms 2

Method:
Grind masala ingredients. Boil milk with sugar when it comes to boil then add half masala and cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Then add saffron water serve either hot or cold.
