Macaroni Liver Masala

Ingredients:
Boiled macaroni 1packet
Liver 300gm
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Crushed red chili 1tsp
Crushed coriander 1tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric ½ tsp
All spice powder 1tsp
Oil ½ cup
Capsicum (cubed) 2
Green chilies 2-3
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Julienned ginger 1 tbsp
Chopped onion 1cup
Fresh coriander for garnish

Method:
Heat oil and saute onion in it then add liver, ginger garlic paste and cook. Then add salt, crushed red chili, turmeric, coriander, all spice powder, tomato paste and cook till liver gets tender. Add capsicum, lemon juice, green coriander, julienned ginger, macaroni and mix then serve.

Steamed Rice Balls:

Ingredients:
Rice 1 cup
Boiled eggs 3
Chopped spring onion 4
Ginger 1 tsp
Minced garlic 2 cloves
Soy sauce 2 tsp
Toasted sesame seeds 1 tsp
Sugar ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Chopped coriander 2 tbsp

Method:
Soak rice first. Mix rest of the ingredients and make balls. Now coat balls in soaked rice and put them in steamer for 20 minutes.
