Portuguese Grill Chicken : Ingredients: Chicken tikka style 4 Peri sauce ½ cup Olive oil 4 tbsp Butter 2 tbsp Meat tenderizer powder 2 tbsp Coal 1 piece For serving: Peri rice as required Lettuce as required Tomato as required Corn as required Portuguese rice ingredients: Boiled sella rice 2 cup Oil 2 tbsp Chopped capsicum 1 Peri sauce 2 tbsp Chicken stock ½ cup Crushed 1 tbsp Method: In chicken add meat tenderized powder and leave for half an hour .then add sauce, olives and butter mix in chicken then do the coal smoke then serve with peri rice, lettuce, tomato and corn. For Portuguese rice: Heat oil and fry garlic then add peri sauce and chicken stock and cook till than boil .then add rice and capsicums mix then serve with chicken.
Portuguese Grill Chicken Burger: Ingredients: Chicken Thai fillet 4 Peri sauce 4 tbsp Oil 2 tbsp For pink sauce : Mayonnaise ½ tbsp Cream 2 tbsp Peri sauce 2 tbsp Ice berg as required Tomato as required Burger buns 4 Butter 4 tbsp Cheese slice as required For peri sauce ingredients: Whole red chilies 10-12 Vinegar ½ cup Garlic ` 4 cloves Sugar 1 tsp Paprika powder 1 tbsp Onion 1 small Salt to taste Oil ½ cup Oregano 1 tsp Black pepper powder 1 tsp Red food colour 2 drops Thickly sliced potato for fries for serving Method : All peri sauce ingredients mix in vinegar then boil and then grind it .then 4 tbsp mix in chicken then leave for 2 to 3 hours .then grill it .then spread the butter on bun and heat it .now spread the pink sauce on bun then place the ice berg and tomato slice then cheese slice and then place the chicken and finally add the pink sauce and cover it .and serve with fries .
