Corn Masala Rice:
Ingredients: Cooked rice 2 cups Corn 1 cup Onion (chopped) 1 Tomato (chopped) 1 Bell pepper (cubed) 1 cup All spice powder 1 tsp Green coriander 2 tbsp Chopped green chilies 3-4 Red chili powder 1 tsp Butter 1 tsp Salt to taste Oil ¼ cup
Method: Heat oil adds onion and fry till golden. Then add tomatoes and cook well. Add salt, red chili powder, all spice powder and cook masala well. Then add rice, corn, green coriander, green chilies, bell pepper, and butter and mix well. Serve.
Lahori Fried Fish:
Ingredients: Fish 750 gm Egg 1 Salt to taste Crushed red chili 2 tsp Crushed coriander 1 tsp White cumin seeds 1 tsp Gram flour 3 tsp Flour 2 tsp Corn flour 2 tsp Yellow food color ¼ tsp Lemon juice 2 tsp Ginger garlic water 1-1/2 tsp Carom seeds ¼ tsp
Method: Mix all ingredients and make batter. Now marinate fish in this for 30 minutes then deep fry it.
