Kungpao Prawns:
Ingredients:
Prawns 400 grams
Dried red chili 6-8
Oil 3 tbsp
Chopped ginger 1 tsp
Chopped garlic 1 tsp
Spring onion chopped 2
Roasted peanuts 2 tbsp
For marination:
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tsp
Ingredients for sauce:
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tsp
Method:
All the marination ingredients mix and marinate the prawns .then all sauce ingredients mix and set a side .now heat oil and fry the prawns and remove it .now 2 tbsp oil heat and fry ginger , garlic and peanut fry .after this por the sauce ingredients then add fried prawns and mix on high heat .finally spring onion mix and serve with rice .

Honey sriracha wings:
Ingredients:
Wings with skin ½ kg
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Flour ¾ cup
Eggs 2
Oil for frying
For making sauce:
Oil 2 tbsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Sriracha sauce ½ cup
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Spring onion for garnishing
White sesame seeds for garnishing
Method:
Marinate the chicken wings with the marination ingredients and leave for 3 to 4 hours .then fry untill crispy .for sauce heat oil and then sriracha sauce ,soy sauce ,lemon juice and honey mix and cook till then thick then add fried wings and toss and dish out .finally garnish with spring onion and white sesame seeds and serve .

Tomato Egg Drop Soup :
Ingredients:
Tomato 3-4
Water 4 cup
Eggs 2
Crushed ginger 1 piece
White pepper ½ tsp
Chicken cubes 1
Sriracha sauce 2 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Chopped onion 1
Green coriander for garnishing
Method:
Heat oil and fry ginger and tomatoes .now add salt and mix well till than tomatoes tender then blend it thickly and strain it .now add chicken cubes, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, white pepper add and mix .now corn flour add in water and mix in soup when soup is thick then beat the egg and mix .finally add chopped spring onion and dish out then garnish with green coriander and serve.
