Achaari Daal Palak: Ingredients: Boiled yellow lentils 1 cup Spinach 1-1/2 cup Fenugreek 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Boiled chopped tomatoes 2 Clarified butter ½ cup Mango pickled 1-1/2 tbsp Salt, red chili, turmeric 2 Garlic chopped 1 tsp Chopped green chili 2 Whole red chili 3-4 Bay leaves 6-8 White cumin ½ tsp Method: In yellow lentils add spinach, fenugreek, salt, redchili, turmeric, boiled chopped tomatoes and ginger garlic paste add and cook. when cooked then mix well and add mangopickledan mix .when thick and dish out .now heat clarified butter and chopped garlic ,chopped chili ,whole spices ,bay leave and white cumin add and tempering on achaari daal palak .
Bohri White Qorma: Ingredients: Chicken 600 grams Yogurt 2 tbsp Almond paste 2 tbsp Grinded green chili 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp Salt a required Crushed garlic 1 tbsp Boiled eggs 3 Julienne cut green chili 4-6 Oil ½ cup Cream 4 tbsp Clarified butter ½ cup Method: Heat oil and add chicken ,ginger garlic paste and roast it .then add salt ,white pepper ,green chili paste and yogurt add and further roast .after this add 1 cup of water and cook till than chicken tender and water dry .now add almond paste, cream and half cup od water and leave on dum .finally dish out and do the tempering .for tempering heat oil and add Julienne cut green chili and garlic fry then mix in qorma and garnish with boiled egg .
