Chocolate Mousse with Cookie Sand:
Ingredients:
Chocolate 200 gm
Whipping cream 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Cookies 7 – 8
Condense milk 3 tbsp
Vanilla essence few drops
Method:
Melt chocolate in double boiler. Gradually mix into whipped cream. Add few drops of vanilla essence. Add condense milk mix it well. For Caramel melt Sugar till golden brown. Add lemon juice.
Crushed the cookies put a layer on plate
Mix crush cookies in chocolate mixture then put on cookie layer
Put caramel on it, Keep in fridge for 30 minutes

Peanut Chicken Rice noodles:
Ingredients:
Rice noodles 1 packet
Chicken 200 gm
Oil 1/4 cup
Mushroom 6-7
Garlic 2 tbsp
Thai red chili 4
Green chili 4
Capsicum 1 cup
Spring onion 1/2 cup
Onion 1 cup
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Dark soya sauce 1 tsp
Peanut 1 cup
Salt to taste
Method
Cut chicken in julienne
Cut all the vegetables in julienne
Roast peanuts with salt
Put oil in a pan add chicken with garlic cook it well
Add salt & pepper soya sauce oyster sauce
Add vegetables cook it for 60 seconds
Add roasted peanuts and mushroom
Pour on boiled rice noodles.

Chicken Gapao with Garlic Rice :
Ingredients:
Green beans 250 gm
Zucchini 50 gm
Green chili 2
Onion half
Basil leaves 8- 9
Garlic 1 tbsp
Chicken minced 250 gm
Dark soya sauce 2 tsp
Oyster sauce 2 tsp
Fish sauce 2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Ingredients for Garlic Rice
Boiled rice 150gm
Chicken powder 10 gm
Spring onion 20 gm
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Method
add 1Tsp oil in a wok, fry garlic until it’s turn into golden color. Add spring onion, Chicken powder, soya sauce ,cook for 4 to 5 minutes
Chicken Gapao:
Method
Cut green beans and zucchini one by two
Cut green chili and onion julienne
In pan put oil 1 tbsp, garlic chopped add chicken minced,
Soya sauce, oyster sauce, chicken powder sugar, salt and chicken powder
Cook for 5 minutes
Add all vegetables and basil leaves
