Protestuesit tentojnë të hyjnë brenda por nuk i lejon policia.

Protestuesit tentojne te cajne kordonin te hyjne brenda.
Ndërkohë që PS konstituon këshillin bashkiak në Shkodër, mbështetës dhe simpatizantë të PD kanë dalë në një marshim protestë.

Me thirrjet "Rama ik" ata kundërshtojnë konstituimin e këshillit bashkiak, pasi sipas tyre është ilegjitim.
