Ingredients:
1/2 kg Curd
4 tbsp Sugar (powdered)
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
1/4 tsp Nutmeg Powder
Saffron (soaked)
1 tbsp Almonds (chopped)
1 tbsp Pistachios (chopped)

Method: Lets start with taking the Bowl covered with plain muslin cloth over it, pour Curd in the cloth and wrap it up for 6 to 8 hours till all the liquid in the curd spill out (as shown in the video). After 7 hours, put the dry piece curd in the bowl and add Sugar (Powdered), mix it with the curd properly. Then add Cardamom Powder, Nutmeg Powder, Saffron (soaked), again mix it properly (as shown in the video). Now add Almonds (chopped), & Pistachios (chopped) and your Elaichi Shrikhand is ready to be served.
