Ingredients: For Aloo Sabzi 1 tsp Cumin seeds Asafoetida Curry Leaves 2-3 Green Chillies, chopped Rock Salt 4-5 Potato, chopped & boiled Black pepper Sugar Peanuts, (peeled,roasted &crushed) Juice of 1/2 lime Coriander leaves, chopped
For Kuttu Puri 1 cup Buckwheat flour 2 Potatoes, boiled, peeled&mashed Rock salt Black pepper Coriander leaves 1 tbsp Oil Water as required
Method of preparation: For Aloo Sabzi Heat oil in a vessel, add asafoetida, cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chillies and saute them. Add potato, salt, black pepper, sugar and mix well. Add roasted peanuts, mix well, switch off the gas and add lime juice, coriander leaves. Our Alo Sabzi is ready.
For Kuttu Puri In a bowl add buckwheat, potatoes, salt, black pepper, coriander leaves, oil, water and knead it into a dough. Heat a pan, make small balls of the dough and roll it. Fry the Puri's in hot oil.
