Ingredients

300 gms dark chocolate
320 gms mixed nuts/peanuts crushed
250 gms castor sugar
120 gms melted butter
40 gms cocoa powder
120 gms refined flour
100 ml milk
3 eggs
6 firm oranges
Aluminum foil

Garnish

Mint leaves
Icing sugar
Fresh Pomegranate seeds

Method

- Slice off the caps of the oranges and scoop them.
- For the brownie batter, take a large bowl. Break eggs and mix castor sugar well.
- Add crushed peanuts, refined flour, chopped dark chocolate, and coco powder.
- Mix it gently and bring everything together.
- Add melted butter and orange juice to the mixture and mix it well.
- Chocolate and orange brownie batter is ready.
- Fill the brownie mix batter in the scooped oranges.
- Place the cap back and cover the oranges with aluminum foil.
- Cook them over the campfire for 20 minutes.
- Post 20 minutes, remove it from the campfire and discard the foil.
- Garnish it with icing sugar, mint leaves and pomegranate seeds.
