The South Indian cuisine is incomplete without mouthwatering seafood.The most popular and delicious is the fish fry. So chef Sneha is here to show us how to make fish fry in most authentic way!


Ingredients:
- 2 Baby Pomfret
- chopped garlic
- chopped ginger
- black pepper
- salt
- water
- coconut oil
- curry leaves

Method:

- Grind garlic, ginger, black pepper, salt and water
- Cut a lot of slices on the fish
- Apply the masala on the fish and keep it aside fr few minutes
- in a pan add coconut oil and curry leaves , after that add the fish and cook it on slow flame, cook the fish from the both the sides
