ಬಿಹಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ನಡೆಯಲಿದ್ದು ಚುನಾವಣೆಗೆ ಇನ್ನು ಕೆಲವೇ ದಿನಗಳು ಬಾಕಿ ಉಳಿದಿರುವಾಗ ಬಿಹಾರದ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ನಿತೀಶ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾದರಿಯ ಗೃಹಬಳಕೆದಾರರಿಗೆ ಮಾಸಿಕ 125 ಯೂನಿಟ್‌ಗಳ ವರೆಗೆ ಉಚಿತ್ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ನೀಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಘೋಷಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
