00:00Toronto Blue Jays who have won eight consecutive games and now hold a three-game lead in the
00:07American League East. The Blue Jays over the weekend up in the Great White North sweeping
00:11the LA Angels. Toronto DRS on May 25th was 25 and 27. Since 27 and 11, the record part of the best
00:21in MLB. They have won 11 of their last 13, including this eight-game win streak. It is
00:26the reason the Jays now hold a three. That's a pretty sizable cushion. Three-game lead atop
00:32the American League East. Yeah, 32 wins at home now for the Blue Jays getting comfortable in that
00:37environment here. And yes, they have a three-game lead on the Yankees, which is crazy. This is a
00:41team that opened up the season. Ah, you know what? Maybe an aging team that all its best years passed
00:46by. Maybe not those prospects who were absolutely loving. And they started out saying, you know what?
00:50They're proving us right. Now, all of a sudden, turning on the gas pedal here. This is a lineup
00:54that has awoken with a couple guys that you see in that lineup that aren't household names doing a
00:58lot of damage on a day-to-day basis. It's a fun baseball team, and they use it to their advantage.
01:03How do you make up and gain ground, let's just say, in an American League East? Well, you go on a
01:07long losing streak. Somebody else goes on a long winning streak. That's exactly what happened.
01:11It's up to the Blue Jays to hold that momentum to the All-Star break. Don't give anything back to
01:15the Yankees. Then we'll be like, you know what? Jays just could be in this thing.
