00:00Tyler Henry's future is looking bright following brain tumor surgery. After all, the Hollywood
00:05Medium alum said he's doing much better one month after doctors successfully removed a
00:09non-cancerous fluid-filled cyst near the center of his brain. Tyler told E! News' Francesca Amaker
00:15in an exclusive interview, I'm very lucky I was dealing with something called hydrocephalus,
00:20which is basically fluid being stuck around the brain and causing inflammation. The 29-year-old
00:24quipped, noting that his tumor had an incidence rate of one in three million, I should play the
00:30lottery. In fact, Tyler was amazed by his quick recovery. Within weeks of his operation, he was
00:34already performing readings as part of his An Evening of Hope and Healing series of live shows.
00:40The clairvoyant, whose cross-country tour continues through to December, continued,
00:44I was worried with anything related to the brain that it might affect my ability, but I found that
00:48not having brain inflammation actually made things a lot clearer. Looking back, Tyler said he was
00:53dealing with a lot of confusing symptoms, just kind of hard to orient physically. He recounted,
00:58I would sometimes feel kind of slow in responses and deal with aphasia, where I couldn't really find
01:02my words. But this was not Tyler's first time he struggled with physiological symptoms. Having
01:08already dealt with an arachnoid cyst, a benign mass situated on the arachnoid membrane, a protective
01:13layer surrounding the brain and spinal cord during his teenage years, Tyler was quickly tipped off that
01:19something was wrong. He shared, I had been diagnosed previously with some form of a mass in the back
01:23of my brain. When I was 18, I underwent brain surgery, then endoscopically, and it took about
01:2910 years for it to come back after it resealed, so it was nothing new necessarily. Luckily, Tyler had
01:34a husband, Clint Goodwin, to lean on during his latest health ordeal. He shared, we got married just
01:39before my brain surgery. Just in case anything went wrong, we went to the Beverly Hills courthouse.
01:44As we signed the papers, Clint looked up and saw 2-2-2 on the clock, his sign from his late
01:49grandfather. Tyler added, it was such a meaningful moment.
