00:57When we first started dating, Billy told me that his worst nightmare was to marry a girl,

01:56A patch of grass for Bowie to play would be amazing, and I would love a good shower, or a really beautiful bathroom, and maybe already quite modern would be ideal for us.

08:05So, today we're going to go look at a two-better, one-bathroom, one-car spot.

08:17Like, so close to all of our friends, so close to the beach.

08:21If it's closer to the coast, I would happily compromise.

08:26So, the price of this one is 1.1, which is kind of well within our budget.

12:46This time, they're in Carringba, less than 10 minutes from Cronulla Beach.

12:52So we're going to see a house today.

12:53It's around the 1.3 range.

12:56So it's pushing it, but it is one garage, one car space, three bedroom.

13:03It has a courtyard too.

13:06We'd be able to walk to work each morning, which would be cool.

13:09At least we'd never have to worry about being late to work.

13:12I'm sure I'd still give it a good nudge.

18:57Even rocking up, like bricks on the outside, some plants, some trees.

19:03It's right near the beach.

19:07The main bedroom was converted from the garage, but that means that there is no garage, which means no storage.

19:12Yeah, we'd have to work around that.

19:14It was pretty close to the train truck.

19:15Yeah, I didn't find the trains too annoying.

19:18I didn't think they were too loud.

19:20I would sleep through anything.

19:21This one is at the lower end of our budget.

19:23It's at 1.1, so there is room to kind of really personalise and make it us.

19:28I think we would be saving money, yes, but I don't believe that it would be a forever home.

19:32I feel like we would be moving quite soon to gain that space.

19:38I think it has the courtyard and the backyard that we've been looking for.

19:58Just have to cop it for Bowie to give her that more space, to give her that backyard and that, like, actual grass patch, as well as, like, you know, that whole courtyard area.

20:07Looking at the three places, they're all so different and tick different boxes for both of us and because we're so different, we're never going to get all those boxes ticked.

20:14So, I don't know, I'm feeling more confused than I probably did before.
