01:04so if we could just get some of the bones in.

01:08Matt is really kind-hearted
01:10and I think we've just grown into each other

01:22So we live about an hour from Sydney CBD
01:26and it's a beautiful area. It's still very rural.
01:30Hustle and bustle.
01:32And that's where we want to stay.
01:34So we've got a number of gardening jobs this week.
01:36We have two businesses.
01:38We have a gardening business
01:40and we also have the wedding business.
01:42It's known as Belle Heath,
01:44which is also the name of our home.
01:46We offer our property for beautiful garden weddings.
01:50They'll be walking through here.
01:52Yeah. It'll be lovely.
01:54We don't really have a wet weather option
01:56and if we can find a property with a barn on it,
01:59that solves a lot of our issues.
02:02So one of the non-negotiables for house hunting
02:04is we have to find a property
02:06that my chapel can be placed next to,
02:08whatever we find for a wet weather option.
02:10I think these could do with a little bit of a trim.
02:12So apart from the barn for wet weddings
02:15and the perfect position for the chapel,
02:17what's on the wish list for Mel and Matt?
02:19A large shed where I can have a workshop
02:22to repair my mowing equipment.
02:25I try and avoid staircases.
02:28I have a really bad knee but also love a pool.
02:32We also want to find a property that has good bones.
02:36It doesn't need a lot of structural work.
02:38It's got to be something that's quite special.
02:40It's got to have character.
02:42I'd also like to have something that has some areas
02:45for beautiful garden weddings.
02:48I think the price range that we're looking at
02:50would probably be the $3 million to $3.5 million range.

11:27off for hair and makeup what do you reckon matt i still would like this shed to be a garage for
11:34the cars and whatnot but couldn't you use that shed for your stuff well that's you told matt
11:42oh look i think it's got great potential i really like the inside but i realized it was two-story
11:49and i wasn't too impressed with that but i did like the full entertaining area it's all renovated
11:56just nothing to do so it's ticking a lot of boxes at the next house will the outside entertaining

12:48it's close to the village and the price is three five it's right within our budget it really depends
12:54on the condition of the house and the style true and what the the landscape provides yeah for our

13:47like quite stately with all the cornices and it's impressive yeah i'm maybe not so keen on the stairs
13:57oh no stairs i didn't really want a house with stairs
14:05you know this floor we're not used to having stone floors when i like um timber floors they're
14:11a bit softer underfoot so with first impressions a bit mixed will the kitchen pass muster
14:19this is a good space are you kidding me look at this fully renovated
14:27i could imagine myself here let's take that as a big fat yes but there's a problem
14:35my concern would be that skylight i think so in summer it will be really hot almost unbearable
14:42so can upstairs deliver the goods for this exacting pair

14:55you know it hurts it's just annoying i don't i don't like them poor thing while the stairs are a big no

15:53yeah i feel this is really disappointing hate to say it but i do feel like this could be the deal breaker
