No one looks forward to an MOT, there’s every chance you’re going to get lumped with a bill for hundreds of pounds for an issue you’d never have noticed. One grey area though is advisories; do you get them sorted straight away or kick the can down the road and hope it doesn’t cause problems?
00:00Usually, like I said, when I had my car, like when car goes on MOG, if there's any major thing that's going to fail it and advisories, everything gets done. Plus, I must say, like, family here, their own garages and stuff like that. So it gets done before it goes through the MOG. Anyway, it gets checked.
00:19But I'd rather be safe because I have two kids. I have two kids as well, one of seven-year-old and one a toddler of 18 months. So I'd rather be safe, get them safe in the car. So no risk.
00:30No, I'd get them done straight away or within a couple of weeks anyway. Yeah, I'd do that. But I don't drive to Cardiff now. I prefer to get the train because of parking.
00:40No, yeah, I'd get them done. My parents wouldn't let me not get them done. But if it was up to me, I'd probably leave them a little bit longer. But yeah, that's it.
