00:00What's interesting is when we study these women all over the world, great leaders, over 2,000 of them, a couple of themes that came out of the study that weren't related to the science, but were definitely worth exploration.
00:10One is that every woman we interviewed with celebrated their femininity.
00:15Nobody was trying to be like the guys.
00:17Nobody was wanting to dress and act like the guy.
00:19And we had every size, shape, color, flavor you can imagine of women we interviewed.
00:23I mean, it was everything.
00:25But they were like, this is me.
00:27I'm not trying to be you.
00:28That was huge on this.
00:31But the other thing that we learned about women is they don't dig mergers and acquisitions that much.
00:35Their inherent style is around collaboration.
00:38They would rather say, hey, we're in a room where everybody's getting smarter together.
00:41If we're all rising together, that's got to be a good thing.
