00:00we tried taking all these departments, the plumbing, restoration, and the construction,
00:05and combining the profit sharing into one pool. But we leveled it out. So if the plumbing company
00:10did really, really well, and the construction company was a little short, they can make up for
00:15that. And it would help the company spread the wealth a little bit because plumbing companies
00:20have seasons too, so do construction companies. And what I found, what happened was by doing that,
00:25I saw way more cross-selling. So by combining their efforts into one pool of profit sharing,
00:32it actually increased in help, collaboration, and sales, and then teamwork and communication
00:37with different customers for the different services.
