00:00But when you start talking about what people feel they deserve,
00:03well, why is the owner getting rich off of all of our work and our sweat?
00:08And obviously, as a business owner, I can say because my house is on the line,
00:11if this doesn't work, my family is on the line, if this doesn't work,
00:13you can just go get another job.
00:16So there's rewards associated with that risk,
00:18but there's got to be a balance there in educating and communicating that
00:22with key employees or the general workforce.
00:26How do you encourage business owners to handle that?
00:28Some people find this direct, but two things.
00:32There is a reward versus risk factor, right?
00:36In general, most people understand, right?
00:38The other thing that I say, and I'm very blunt about it,
00:40is would you rather work for a broke guy?
00:44Do you want to work for somebody that is struggling to make payroll,
00:50that is not financially successful to where they can handle the stress,
00:56handle the issues, to build this opportunity for you?
