00:00Just off of that, I guess, what is your message to migrants who have to go to court for their
00:07dates and are seeing these kinds of ice raves, you know, they're going there and they're
00:11getting their case dropped and then getting arrested minutes later, and then separately
00:16the first Democratic debate in the primary is tomorrow, what would you want to ask Andrew
00:22Cuomo if you were on that stage?
00:24First, let me ask you the first question.
00:27They should seek their counsel.
00:28That's what lawyers are for.
00:29They should seek their counsel.
00:30Someone is going to court.
00:31They should sit down with their counsel and be guided by their counsel on what actions
00:36they should take.
00:37I would encourage everyone to do that.
00:40Seek counsel from your counsel, from your lawyer.
00:45The question that I would ask if I was on the stage is just what's your consistency?
00:53And I'm pretty sure other candidates are going to raise that question of, you know, where's
00:57your consistency?
00:58You got in the way of increasing minimum wage when Bill de Blasio attempted to do it.
01:07You took away—you brought Tier 6, and now you're saying you're going to reverse it.
01:13You took away the Advantage program that really led and contributed to the homeless problem
01:19that we're having.
01:20You took away the psychiatric beds.
01:22And now you're saying you're going to remove all the people with psychiatric issues from
01:30Rikers.
01:31And I think he said 30 days?
01:32Who asked?
01:33Somebody asked me that.
01:34In 30 days, I don't know where you're going to put them, because you took away the psychiatric
01:37beds.
01:38Bail reform, that's your baby.
01:42The smoke shop, cannabis shop, that was your bill.
01:46We had to fix it.
01:48If you—I spent so much time fixing the governor's mess.
01:53You know, if you look at a lot of the energy that I had to do, I had to correct what he
01:58put in place.
01:59And now he reached the point that—I mean, he would say any and everything to get elected.
02:05How about just being honest?
02:07He understand how government operates.
02:09And so, my question to him is, what Cuomo are we speaking to right now?
