00:00Thank you. Any other members seek recognition? Yes, Mr. Sudebron.
00:04Yeah, I just want to echo my condolences to Congressman Connolly's family.
00:09Congressman Connolly was a friend and a mentor, and he's a titan in Virginia.
00:18I mean, he's been a leader for so long, from back when he was chair of the Board of Supervisors in Fairfax County.
00:24And, you know, even though he has passed, his work, his spirit, everything about him will live on.
00:35And certainly he mentored so many of us in the Virginia delegation.
00:39I mean, I remember when I came to this committee, you know, he gave me such great advice on how to be a good member of Congress,
00:47not just here in the legislative body, but also to our constituents back home.

01:16And so I'm so sad to have him leave us, but my heart goes out to his family and the entire staff here on the Oversight Committee,
01:27I know, will miss him, and the entire committee will as well.
01:31But I also want to thank him and his family for all that they've done for our country,
01:37and just know that we will all continue that work moving forward.
01:40And I thank the chairman for naming this important bill after Congressman Connolly.
01:46So I yield back.
01:47The gentleman yields back.
01:48Any other members seek recognition?
01:50Mr. Rankin, member?
01:52Thank you, Mr. Chairman.
01:53You know, when we think about Jerry's legacy, when I...
