00:00I'm here or commit crimes here. That is my number one job.
00:03But what is happening is un-American.
00:04Chair, I recognize Mr. Timmons from South Carolina.
00:07Thank you, Mr. Chairman.
00:08Governor Hochul, the difference is that the millions of Americans that came through Ellis Island did so legally.
00:13I'll yield to my friend from Georgia, Ms. Green.
00:18Governor Hochul, are you a Democrat? Yes or no?
00:22I'm a proud registered Democrat, yes.
00:24Did you support Joe Biden for president?
00:27Yes or no?
00:28Yes, I did.
00:30Did you support the Biden administration's policies for the past four years?
00:34I raised my concerns in many meetings with the administration's about how the border was being enforced.
00:39And so I raised concerns.
00:40So you just stated, I'll reclaim my time.
00:42You said you're a proud Democrat.
00:44You supported Joe Biden for president.
00:47Clearly, you supported the Biden administration's policies.
00:50I supported many of them.
00:51Governor Hochul, did you swear an oath to faithfully uphold New York's constitution and laws?
00:57I certainly did.
00:58In 2017, New York became a sanctuary state when Governor Cuomo signed Executive Order 170.
01:06This states, it directs that no state officers or employees, including law enforcement officers,
01:12shall disclose information to federal immigration authorities for the purpose of federal civil immigration enforcement,
01:19unless required by the law.
01:21Do you support this law as governor of New York?
01:24Yes, this pertains to civil enforcement.
01:26So you do enforce sanctuary policies of New York?
01:30I support supporting, helping law enforcement when it comes, and ICE when it comes to-
01:34I reclaim my time.
01:35You support sanctuary policies that have led to the horrific murder of people, Americans.
01:44This, Fox News got it wrong.
01:45It should say monster.
01:47Arrested in broad daylight rape of a 13-year-old in a New York park.
01:52This girl was raped at Knife Point in the park near New York Mets Stadium.
01:59That's your state, Governor Hochul.
02:01New York Post also got it wrong and called him a migrant.
02:03That's a monster.
02:04Busted in brutal beating of New York PD cops in Times Square are members of bloodthirsty Trenday Aragua gangs.
02:13That's your state where you support your sanctuary state laws.
02:18Also, Governor Hochul, do you recognize this image where a homeless woman was burned alive by an illegal alien monster?
02:26Where you uphold the laws to protect these monsters in your state,
02:32and then you force the New York citizens that pay taxes to pay for these people.
02:36This is the result of your sick and disgusting, treasonous laws that you uphold as governor.
02:45New York is not a sanctuary state for criminals.
02:46I didn't recognize you, Ms. Hochul.
02:47This is my time.
02:49Do you know the name Lakin Riley?
02:52Do you know the name Lakin Riley?
02:54Yes, I do.
02:54Oh, you do.
02:56Jose Ibarra murdered 22-year-old Lakin Riley.
02:59He's an illegal alien monster from Venezuela, convicted of 10 charges.
03:04He was first arrested by the Biden administration that you stated that you support.
03:09Joe Biden for president, right?
03:11Proud Democrat, Governor Hochul.
03:13First arrested at the border and released by the Democrats that you support.
03:18Then, guess what?
03:20He made it to New York because the Biden administration flew illegals all over the country,
03:26and your state was one that accepted them.
03:28He lived at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Queens, an upscale hotel that was turned into an illegal
03:35alien shelter at the taxpayer's expense.
03:38Two million a month went to this hotel.
03:42The second time he was arrested was in the state of New York for endangering a child.
03:47But he was released quickly before ICE could even issue a detainer.
03:52Because you support those laws, Governor Hochul.
03:54Then, he flew, look at this, this is shocking.
03:59He flew from the state of New York to my home state in Georgia, and you all paid for it.
04:06Because, why?
04:07Because it was re-ticketing, and that was the little gift that you were giving my state
04:13by sending monsters there.
04:15Cost the state of New York $5 to $10 million a day to feed and house the illegal.
04:20Are you smiling at me about this?
04:22No, I'm not.
04:22You look like you got quite a smile on your face.
04:24No.
04:25Because I can tell you people...
04:25The gentlelady will not...
04:27This is my time, reclaiming my time.
04:30I'm thinking about...
04:30Don't attack the witness.
04:31Don't you dare smile about the murder of Lake and Riley.
04:34I'm thinking about her parents.
04:35The third time...
04:36Don't question how I look.
04:37Don't question how I look.
04:37My heart is breaking for her parents.
04:39My time, Governor Hochul.
04:40The third time he was arrested was in the sanctuary city of Athens, another Democrat policy.
04:46And then he went on and attempted to rape Lake and Riley and murdered her.
04:52He murdered her.
04:54Let me explain something to you.
04:56Let me explain something to you.
04:58This little girl right here, she would be alive today if you weren't such a treasonous governor
05:06supporting sanctuary laws in the state of New York.
05:10This little girl would be alive today, and her mother very much would like for her to
05:17be alive.
05:20This is outrageous for anybody, anybody in this country to support for non-citizens to be able
05:31to come in our country, be able to travel wherever they want, and then make taxpayers pay to house
05:38them, feed them, and then give them a plane ticket after they had been arrested in their
05:44state.
05:45That's what you did.
05:46You are responsible for the murder of this little girl, Lakin Riley, and the Department
05:53of Justice should prosecute you for her murder.
05:56Objection.
05:57Objection.
05:58I don't care how much you object, and if you support it too, you're responsible for her murder.
06:03All right.
06:04I yield back, Mr. Chairman.
06:05On a point of order.
06:06On a point of order.
06:07On a point of order.
06:08On a point of order.
06:09On a point of order.
06:10On a point of order.
06:11State your point.
06:12Mr. Chairman, these witnesses have been here for over four hours.
06:13They've all voluntarily have been engaging with our members with respect.
06:16They've all treated our members with respect.
06:19Lakin Riley is dead forever.
06:22Forever.
06:23Forever.
06:24They can sit there all day.
06:26I'm in my time.
06:27Reclaim in my time.
06:28State your point.
06:29I'm trying to.
06:30No, no, it's a point of inquiry, not a debate.
06:34Our rules, if you would let me speak,
06:38our rules of decorum dictate that our witnesses should be treated with respect,
06:42and I ask you to enforce decorum and remind committee members
06:46to treat our witnesses with respect.
06:48Our members are treating the witnesses with respect.
06:52This is not a courtroom.
06:54We engage with the witnesses, and I think everybody's acting within the realm.
06:58We haven't cried and screamed when you all are criticizing the current president,
07:03even though that's in the rules.
07:05He's not criticizing.
07:05He's in a treason and breaking the law and how they look.
07:07All right.
07:08Mr. Chairman.
07:10If you win the chairmanship, if you all flip the house,
07:13you win the chairmanship, then you can do what Ms. Crockett says she's going to do
07:17and try to impeach Trump again or whatever you all say.
07:20Mr. Chairman, is there any chance you would yield me 30 seconds to just respond
07:24that we are heartbroken what happened to her family?
07:26Lincoln Riley should be alive today.
07:28And I'm so sorry for what happened to her.
07:31I truly am what happened.
07:32But this has nothing to do with our civil enforcement of the laws.
07:35We are always cooperating with criminal investigations,
07:39always have, always will.
07:40So misstating our policies is not serving the purpose of making sure we have
07:44meaningful policies that will actually move the dime.
07:47Why aren't we working together to come up with meaningful immigration forms,
07:51secure our borders, do vetting at the border?
07:54We're going to go back.
07:55Okay, Governor, with all due respect, there was no – the policy of the previous
08:04administration was an open border.
08:06It was an open border.
08:07You all supported that.
08:08Now you're saying we need –
08:09Point of order, whose time is it?
08:10You were saying you –
08:11No, I mean –
08:11Point of agreement, whose time is it?
08:12Mr. Costello-Cortez, I will recognize you because I like you.
08:17Thank you so much, Mr. Chairman.
08:18I appreciate that.
08:19Here's the – the border was open and you all said nothing.
08:26All right?
08:26Now you said we had to pass legislation.
08:28We didn't have to pass legislation.
08:30Donald Trump secured the border on the first day.
08:31Now, there's no question you all have been obstructing and criticizing and failing to work
08:40with this administration in trying to apprehend the criminal illegals.
08:43That's what this hearing is about.
08:44It's not about theater.
08:47It's about trying to get a consensus on working with this administration to deport the criminal illegals.
08:53We do it every day of the week, Mr. Chairman.
08:55We do it every day of the week, Mr. Chairman.
08:56Not defend all the people who are over here illegally to deport the criminal illegals.
09:00We do it every day of the week.
09:02If it's out of order, I'm going to let Mr. Costello-Cortez state her point, and then we're going to go to Ro Khanna.
09:07Oh, we can – we can continue.
09:08I was just curious whose time it was, but we can proceed.
09:11Mr. Chairman, I have a unanimous consent request.
09:14Okay.
09:15I'd like to seek unanimous consent to enter into the record this tweet.
09:19It just happened, stunning.
09:20Senator Alex Padilla from California was just forcibly removed from the news conference, being held by –
09:26Without objection to order.
09:27You just have to state the title.
09:29Go ahead.
09:30This is the title.
09:30Mr. Lynch.
09:31Share that as Mr. Lynch.
09:32All right.
09:33Mr. Chairman, I have a unanimous consent request.
09:36This is from MSN.
09:40Unquestionably in violation, judge says U.S. government didn't follow court orders on deportation.
09:47The next one is from Rolling Stone.
09:48Trump has now deported multiple U.S. citizens, children with cancer.
09:54Without objection to order.
09:55And this is New York Times, L.A. deployments of the military to cost $134 million in the last few days.
10:04And lastly, Secretary Hegseth will not commit to obeying the court's order on Marines.
10:13And this is New York Times, L.A.
