00:00So California. Thank you Mr. Chairman. I first I want to echo everything that I
00:05was just was just said by by Mr. Lynch and Mr. Chairman I also want of course
00:11to support this bill but I also want to take a moment to recognize the tragic
00:15news we got this morning. My heart goes out to a ranking member Connelly, his
00:19family, and his team at this awful moment. Jerry of course was a mentor to I think
00:24all of us on the oversight committee, a dedicated public servant, a fighter, and
00:28certainly someone who really believed in the power of government. He had shared
00:34with me his experience of course as a county executive and his work that he
00:37did even prior to getting to Congress. I think as a champion for federal workers
00:41this really makes sense. I think all of us of course pray for his family and his
00:45friends and certainly his presence here in Congress will be missed but always
00:49remembered and so with that I yield back. Gentleman yields back any other members
00:54seek recognition. Seeing none.
