00:02I think one of the biggest red flags is a lack of humility.
00:06When someone has a lack of humility in terms of like they think they know everything, they think all their opinions are right.
00:11That means that they also carry a very static sense of identity.
00:15If that that extensive identity is there, that means that they're a highly attached person.
00:19So they're not going to have the flexibility it takes to be able to grow together.
00:25I think that's that's something definitely to watch out for.
00:27A green flag is is the inverse, someone who appreciates learning, someone who understands that when you go into a relationship, I may love you and I may feel strongly for you, but I'm not necessarily going to know how to care for you.
00:42I have to learn that over time. I have to learn that by literally asking you, like, how can I support your happiness?
