Karimunjawa merupakan sebuah kepulauan yang terletak di sebelah utara pulau jawa, dan masuk kedalam daerah kabupaten jepara, Jawa tengah. Kepulauan ini di huni kurang lebih 100.000 jiwa yang tersebar di lima pulau ini, penduduknya terdiri dari beberapa suku, yakni suku jawa, suku madura, suku bugis, suku banjar dan suku bajau.
