Two separate storm systems will be at work this week—one swirling over the interior Northeast, and another taking shape just off the coast. It’s that offshore system that deserves the most attention. As it slowly moves northward, it’s expected to strengthen into a weak nor’easter, delivering a dose of soaking rain and blustery winds across much of New England.
