00:00so just a couple injury updates housekeeping as we're heading off here uh evan carter kamar rocker
00:20and our guy sporesy who was so great with us last week man the conversating with him is tremendous
00:25sporesy is great he's a fun one uh sporesy's probably the furthest away continues to recover
00:30from shoulder surgery he's um building up his arm strength right now he's throwing programs going
00:35very smoothly but still a little bit time left in his um in his rehab uh evan um has a a quad strain
00:43um you know he's going to be the 10 days at the minimum maybe closer to two weeks um something
00:48we need to get right his legs are so important to his game we want to make sure that we find a way
00:52to make make this heal completely so that he comes back and he can impact the game you know with his
00:57speed on the bases uh defensively in the outfield uh it's really important for evan and his game that
01:03we get this right um you know on the pitching front i mentioned rocker and um and uh bradford and gray
01:10are all doing really really well uh our expectation is kamar will be out on rehab this week building back
01:16up his pitch count um he threw a live dp yesterday it went well and uh we expect to see him in some
01:21rehab games um you know at least one rehab game this weekend and uh and bradford and gray continue
01:27to make progress as well they're not quite uh ready to go out and rehab but they are making progress and
01:32our hope is that you know here in the next you know three or four weeks that at least one of those
01:36guys will be ready um you know rocker will be ready before then uh bradford and gray but hopefully
01:41in the next three to four weeks to impact our team and how about our guy cory seager
01:45cory's doing well um he's really we're attacking this hamstring he's he's been very diligent with
01:52his rehab he continues to make progress um we're going to make sure we get this right we probably
01:56rushed it a little bit last week we thought we could manage just the game speed and sometimes
02:01the game requires you to do some things that you can't quite manage uh in a controlled way and so
02:05we're going to make sure that he passes all the tests and that we hopefully put this to bed and
02:09don't deal with it again throughout the year but he's um he's obviously so important to our team
02:13but i really believe right now for our offense to play the way that we've played this past week
02:18and win the games we've won um without cory it's a good sign for our team to see that we can do this
02:24uh you know without one of our best players and um and this is what a team does they pick each other up
