Is Chris Young under a lot of pressure at this MLB Trade Deadline?

The Rangers are back at .500 after a weekend sweep of the White Sox, but most fans would agree that the team has underperformed the majority of the season. Does that put Chris Young under a lot of pressure to improve the team at the trade deadline, especially after underachieving last season too?
