00:00Me myself, I have a problem like, I'm a fast learner but also have short term memory.

00:26so i have yes yes yes yes like i don't know yes i and and one of my problem is i can only learn

00:38with friends or one teacher need to be beside me and i'm not special okay but i i feel myself

00:45special i feel like uh my teacher called me gedi because because i need more attention to be

00:57focused on like some of us like we slow on math because everyone

01:07everyone always said type c is better because they learn more that okay okay i agree because i

01:13have chinese friends and um some of sabahan of my friends is uh was in primary and high school

01:21there before they came to um college vocational that they also um belajar yang very strict

01:32but they also i'm impressed one thing my friend is she's an athlete she she go to

01:39uh wakil malaysia everywhere thailand singapore and blah blah blah so on but one thing i don't know

01:46how she do it but i'm very impressed she's so smart and why can i why can i be like her she doesn't

01:56go to school for one month but still can catch up i i i'm in the class every day every second but i

02:03still cannot get what the teachers i get la but some of it no i know you're not the only one

02:11don't think that it played a role for me specifically um because i don't think the

02:16education system helped me personally because i don't think i learned well in a classroom something

02:21like our two friends but i learned really well in life and i get close to teachers so that i understand

02:27the subjects that they teach okay even if i don't get it in class so i will still try my best in

02:33exams but i personally don't think that it is for me but i am not opposed to it because i think it

02:39works it puts the pressure on me to learn another thing that i would like to comment regarding the

02:44education system is the way the uh the way the relationship works between a student and teacher

02:51i i have to admit i am a very uh demanding student whenever i tak faham sikit je i'm like

02:59cikgu uh what is this i tak faham but that can also be seen as like oh student ni macam

03:06uh tak tak faham lah apalah ni mesti malas ni do sebagai a student do i not have the right to ask a

03:15question is it uh do i not have the right to like cikgu i don't understand kenapa why must there be like

03:21this um um uh cikgu kena anggap oh student ni you must respect me i am your elder why is it not

03:29between oh uh my anak didik uh tak faham tak apa tapi sikit-sikit nak tanya huh huh tak faham so and

03:40it's also um uh not relate with gen z ni it's also because dia pandang kita ni macam like rendah

03:46their kid uh kita bawah dia memanglah betul they are our uh our seniors but it would be refreshing to

03:53see our gen x teachers or our baby boomer teachers actually see us gen z as um human beings especially

04:00in high school as well kita dah nak masuk uh dunia dewasa we're 15 16 17 takkan you still not view us as

04:07kids you know we are uh um we are uh uh growing into human beings you want us to be adults you want us

04:15to be the leaders of the future but yet you still treat us like we're five make it make sense you know

04:21we have our opinions uh we and we have our thoughts you don't necessarily have to agree but at least hear

04:27me out regarding to the video just now i agree that some fellows in the video mentioned we need to

04:34segregate the schools so there's no more type type m type c and type i you know i mean

04:42and i think it's quite important because we are malaysian and we didn't exist a particular

04:51so-called uh initial for any race as we are malaysian we all are going to be a malaysians that's

04:58from me thank you if uh if there's all these gen z's gen y's are going to get married and get have

05:05kids so if you have kids you should encourage your own kids starting starting from the education your own

05:15kids to mingle around to assimilate and it's the responsibility of the parents to allow them to

05:26communicate as much as they can with different people but not just different race different states

05:35different uh yeah social differences are different uh economic backgrounds as well so that's important

05:43because uh i'm sure there's many of us are not really aware that there's dozens of racing in Malaysia

05:50uh there's many race in sabah like the the lady in the video uh the uk i think uh mentioned about

05:58stateless states stateless people so that's one thing that people are not aware of so and

06:05for those who goes to uh major one race school if you go to like sbp or marism or you go to

06:14uh skola jenis kebangsaan it's actually good and it's important as well for you to put an effort

06:22for the parents and for the kids who are old enough maybe in the secondary school to make an effort to have

06:29friends you should anchor you should push yourself to have friends to have friends with uh different race

06:35different states and different economic background not just t20 who speaks english well but also for those who are not

06:42really speaking well in in english right so maybe you should learn because even uh with the current age

06:50right now in the ai age you can really learn language faster than the previous years you can learn uh you

06:57can just take a video in a foreign language and make it in sub use ai so it's actually an important

07:06thing and it's a advantage thing you live in malaysia you open up a chinese newspaper and you just take a

07:14picture google and you can really get that information in a diff from the different language a lot of people

07:21talked about how um to get unity among malaysia so we need to unite the schools correct

07:28but i don't think that would help at all all right why yeah in indonesia back in the 60s swarto

07:40uh forced uh chinese indonesians to simulate for 30 years he banned chinese names chinese language to be spoken

07:49publicly chinese celebrations to be done publicly but despite 30 years of forced simulation

07:57in 1997 there was still a racial riot targeting chinese people so and there was one stream

08:06one school stream in indonesia so it wouldn't help at all the only thing that would matter is to teach

08:12people not to be racist that's it perbezaan um generasi ya zaman saya dahulu kita tidak ada

08:23tidak ada keberanian untuk mengatakan tidak untuk membuat pilihan i cannot say no i even i even don't know how to

08:33to say no kata gen zag uh apa malas apa short short short apa retention tak sabar ada ya betul dan ada

08:43tak sebab i ada juga dekat department kita dulu ada orang baru orang muda tau mereka ni jenis kita

08:49selalu cakap kenapa diorang ni tak sabar kenapa mereka ni tak nak belajar tak nak bercakap tak nak

08:55nak tegur kan sebenarnya i think this is a good platform untuk you all kena kena tahu apa pemikiran

09:03orang dahulu dan macam mana you all nak sampaikan kena sampaikan mesej tu sebenarnya dalam seni tau

09:09kita tak boleh tunjukkan sangat apa kita punya expression yang nanti kita akan dilabel apa tau root

09:17orang orang ex ni dia akan ingat eh rootnya kamu padahal you all sedang mengekspresi pendapat betul

09:24tapi you all kena belajar seni mengekspresi pendapat tu itu sahaja you know now people dislike

09:33politician a lot because why you thought that they cannot solve your problem they believe that you are

09:38dramatic you know we are dramatic but in the end of the day the power is at your hands i'm i'm not yet a

09:46policymaker we from our own party even any other party of the youth from other parties they have the same

09:53issues they speak out they got penalized even we ourselves it's not your issues it's a general

10:03issues that we are having here not in only in malaysia all over the place but in the end of the day is

10:10trying to understand and trying to tackle not the first the issues but the emotion is trying to

10:17understand each other when i went to campus colleges giving talks at the end of every speech i would tell

10:26people people would ask you is one of the person who had a few times asked me question how do we solve

10:33all this problem it's quite easy you'll be selfless you'll be kind and you care for each other that is

10:41the first thing you know if you're selfless you will think about other people also don't only think about

10:46yourself
