00:30Alright, to start off, let's talk more about your business. Can you tell us more about this?

00:34It's actually in a soft launch mode yet. We haven't gotten official launch which we were planning to do on July.

00:43So we've come up with 12 initial cents. This is actually an inspired byline.

00:50When did you actually start and conceptualizing the business?

00:54Surprisingly, it actually just took us less than six months from conceptualization.

01:03We also did some R&D, a couple of months for R&D.

01:07And then we started importing the materials, the packaging.

01:12Prior to doing this, Ms. Ana, meron ka na bang prior business?

01:16No, actually this is my first stint as an entrepreneur.

01:21Majority of my life, I've been in the corporate world, right?

01:24So this is sort of my retirement hobby.

01:29One of all the businesses out there, why did you choose perfume?

01:32Because I love perfume. So I always collect.

01:37So we thought that, you know, why not venture into something that you love first?

01:43And then, I discovered that, you know, it's quite easy.

01:48You know, it's not really a very difficult, nothing, you know, scientific or kind of difficult way to produce it.

01:57So that can even be done in your own backyard, so to speak, right?

02:02How is it doing the business, Ms. Carmen?

02:04Hindi ba siya struggle? Marami bang struggle and challenges?

02:07Syempre, you're introducing a new brand name.

02:09So I'm in charge with the Visayas-Mindanao region.

02:13So I think the struggles that we've encountered is that there are a lot of competition, you know, in the market.

02:20So, and that's why we're doing like sort of the dupe of the designer sense.

02:26So, but we boast of really a good quality.

02:28But the struggles is that, like advertisements, we are confident that we can, you know, we can be at par with this designer sense as well.

02:38This is a sample kit.

02:40Right now, as I've said, we have 12 scents.

02:43So you see 12 10 ml bottles, which contains each scent.

02:48So they can bring this anywhere with them.

02:51You see, it's very handy.

02:53So they can go to the offices, wherever they sell, to family gatherings, and then show them the scents.

02:59They could ask, you know, potential buyers to spray on them.

03:03And then they get orders, and then they fulfill the orders.

03:08What is your advice or tips naman dun sa mga nag-a-aspire maging negosyante?

03:12Be bold and be fearless.

03:14Don't fear like rejection or failure.

03:19Kasi sinasabi nila, cliche na nga as it sounds, but success is in never failing.

03:24It is in rising every time we fall.

03:25Kaya go lang lang go mga kanegosyo.

03:27Huwag kang matakot sa mubok dahil kung hindi mo susubukan, hindi mo malalaman.

03:33Yan po ang aral na ibinahagi sa atin ang business owner na si Ms. Anna Tan.
