00:11Let's see the delicious oyster cake that we are going to prepare here in Sarap Pinoy.
00:18When the topic is comfort food, you might think of Adobo, Sinigang, or Crispy Pata.
00:25But have you ever tried Oyster Cake or Oyster Omelette?
00:29This dish might not be the first on your list, but once you taste it, your comfort food game might change for good.
00:37So to teach us how to cook it, we will be joined by Chef Jessie Gadapan and Mia Gadapan here in Sarap Pinoy.
00:47There, let's cook our Oyster Cake.
00:55First, the oil.
00:59When you cook this, the heat should not be too high.
01:05And in a separate bowl, we will just mix all the ingredients.
01:10The first ingredient is the oyster.
01:12This is the legs.
01:15And then, salt.
01:20Just the right amount, not too much, so that it won't be salty.
