00:22Ms. Habs, tell us more about how did you start.

00:24I came actually from abroad, in UAE. I work as a skincare specialist.

00:31I felt that I'm very ready to have my own because na-mold ka na eh sa abroad.

00:40So when I started in 2018, it was a lot of challenges, of course.

00:44So hindi ka ba natakot na susugal going back to the Philippines kasi okay ka na eh, very stable ka na in UAE?

00:52Actually, I grew up in Manila but I never really put aside.

00:57Nasa Manila ako magpuput ng business.

01:00I put in Iba Zambales.

01:03Because in Manila, let's be realistic yung operational expenses, mas malaki.

01:09And I have also mas maraming competitor na bigger name than me.

01:14Unlike in provinces kasi, I felt na mas magbuboom yung business ko.

01:21Because I've learned sa business, hindi lahat talaga puro talino lang eh, o ganda lang.

01:28Magaling kang makisama.

01:29Zambales and Bulacan.

01:32So napakalayo kung saan tayo nakatira, no?

01:34So from Manila, paano nyo po hinahandle yung mga businesses nyo, Ms. Habs?

01:38When I started in Zambales, siyempre, kumuha ko ng apartment ko to stay there in nine months.

01:45Then, nagtitrain ka na ng tao mo.

01:49And then everything now naman po, yung technology, you can put in your cellphone like your CCTV.

01:54Then yung mga, like your POS, you can see on a daily basis din na sa cellphone mo.

02:01Yung technology kasi it helps a lot din eh.

02:05I believe din naman na yung mga taong na train mo, you know, you will get their loyalty.

02:10Because you're giving the right naman benefits for them.

02:14And especially when you tell them your vision, why you put this one?

02:18Because it's not from yourself naman.

02:21You want to help other people din.

02:23Kaya ba nilang ma-ROI agad ang kanilang investment?

02:27Kung pupunta ka sa ganitong business talaga, make sure na alam mo talaga yung pinapasok mo.

02:33Bakit ba importante mag-negosyo ang bawat mamamayang Pilipino?

02:36Wala naman sa laki o liit ng puhunan o ng negosyo yan.

02:41Basta tulong-tulong ang isang pamilya, I believe, magiging okay ang lahat.

02:46Kailangan natin mag-negosyo kasi walang ibang mag-aawon sa atin, kundi sarili lang natin.

02:52At sa negosyo, mag-umpisa man na hindi kumita yan, believe me, pag one time kumita na yan, dire-diretso na yan.

03:00At alam nyo na yung magiging secret recipe ng negosyo once na nasimulan nyo po.

03:10Teamwork makes the dream work.

03:12Kailangan mo ng maasahan at responsabling katuwang upang lumago ang iyong negosyo.
