00:00well none of us are big musical theater people on this show but i can't imagine how this would

00:13be annoying a woman in scotland went to see the stage show bad out of hell the musical

00:24okay okay yes dot grant is her name she's 52 she was kicked out of the show

00:33for singing along too loudly

00:37well i mean some people sing really loud and it's really terrible like i know if i'm at a concert

00:44sometimes i might do this and i realize i'm terrible musicals they don't though that's not

00:48like what you're supposed to do right here's a little taste of bad out of hell the musical

00:52i would send lisa to that nascar place and then give her tickets to this

01:18she would tap so fast

01:23so this woman sure they're really singing dot was in the audience during the first half of the show

01:32the ushers flashed their flashlight at her but she didn't know why she said i was just kind of tapping

01:37my thigh in time with the music and singing but i didn't think i was doing anything wrong

01:42i went to speak to the usher after he waved me over the response was that my actions were a

01:49distraction to the audience members they said and i had to stop singing well think about it imagine i

01:56went to like phantom of the opera started singing and i am singing all of his the phantoms parts

02:02but real badly yeah it's distracting to the performance

02:07like you can't you're right you don't no no one sings along when you're at the show

02:17no one no and no one should right it's musical theater it's their thing

02:23no i love it i can't help it it's the music of the night

02:35it's the music of the night you knew more than i thought oh i know i know the whole thing

02:43how uh let's not get into how i'm a huge fan huge huge fan the man likes musical theater leave

02:53before oh no i almost know everywhere i think there was a time where everyone went to go see

03:03yes yeah it was a big deal like early 90s i remember seeing commercials for him and being like

03:09what's wrong with this fight it's a mess what's happening because i was like i had watched all

03:15the darth vader stuff already yeah it's like what's he hiding so they gave this woman a warning

03:20during the first intermission and then during the second act when she was still singing she said

03:25she was called over and eight people escorted her out of the theater they told her this is a

03:32musical theater show not a concert yeah it's different and everyone is done with you they

03:37don't they don't mess around at the musical meatloaf no they don't they'll kick your ass right

03:42yeah

03:47uh theater spokesperson said we do want everyone to have a great night out but unless the show has

03:51sing-along in the title audience participation is never allowed this is out of respect for the actors

03:58but mainly in consideration for the majority who have paid to listen to the performances that are

04:04taking place on the stage there is dot up yeah you know dot's gonna let it loose you know

04:11scottish woman just letting it loose

04:13you can't do that you can't sing along in a music but i will there's probably there's one i mean what

04:22is that oh the um everyone dresses up oh yeah i was gonna say that's the only one i think that

04:42where people go to sing along and oh no i thought you were talking about the um god it's even older it

04:50had the guy oh man you know like the laying on the ground and doing the let's do the time warp again
