00:00gentlemen welcome to another edition of geek culture congress speedy junior here from the

00:04florida tampa bay comic-con 2019 i'm here with my friend david vernon and david how you doing good

00:09i know last year we talked last year last year definitely we talked about your um your project

00:16the couch because i'm going to show you the couch here um make my camera cooperate so um

00:24tell let's talk about um how far your your story has evolved now um i remember you telling me that

00:32the couch was um more or less about superheroes and you know they have psychological problems

00:37right go through their own personal stuff and usually no help for them so that's what this is

00:42about the couch right the great elevator pitch is the down and out therapist uh accidentally becomes

00:47the psychiatrist of superheroes okay so um i think last year we had one or two issues right

00:54and now we actually we have a full trade nice four issues wow i like it working on more okay

01:02and i'm pretty happy with the progress so far but also expanding into other things okay so let's

01:09talk about those other things so what's the uh other project that you have going on let's show

01:13them too yeah right now we're uh spider-man which is basically what if bambi grew up to be james

01:23bond okay so yeah that'll be basically right now we have a 12 page teaser but it'll be graphic novels

01:31that are basically like bond movies contained stories with you know obviously a crazy villain

01:38weird sex pun names for the female characters things like that so anthony morphifies daniel's the

01:45same human world nice um and i'm working on steak steak so tell me more about steak steak is a new

01:52vampire book yes it basically very interesting this was the the ash can so it's uh this is uh luis

02:03bernardino is the interior artist yeah

02:05this cover was actually done by decent cover artist derek chu okay

02:13and that will be the fully rendered version likely the i'm probably gonna buy that book today the full

02:23series will be out starting hopefully early next year okay but it's a new vampire book basically i

02:30describe it as buffy meets veronic mars okay so she's a late teenage vampire hunter who

02:37is pretty snarky solve some mysteries right in the meantime uh basically we've turned the vampire

02:46tropes on their head a little bit vampires aren't evil or demons or anything it's just a biological

02:51evolution right but they have been in hiding the first panel you saw there is this is the opening

02:57panel of the book and basically it's a vampire but this is a preview a little little print

03:02yep we got uh five pages okay and then some other pages character bios i like it so um

03:10basically they they announced their themselves to the world through ripping a dude's heart out on

03:18national tv okay but the main character that was one of her best friends right so she now has a

03:23like cool one tracking down what he did she doesn't hate them all just that guy all right all right

03:28so that's that's very interesting i'm excited about the system that looks pretty cool so um

03:35roll drop your all your socials again and your websites and everything so they can they want to
