01:48all for the awesome show every day you gotta read it nicer it sounds so angry i took a challenge from

01:55my cousin last year to run with her in this year's detroit half marathon she runs these things every

02:01year and i used to run 20 years ago at 240 pounds though there's no way i figured i could do it

02:08yeah i wouldn't having listened to your show when i traveled through the detroit area for work

02:13note i live west of lansing uh-huh i decided to give your podcast a try while attempting to jog my

02:19fat ass down the trails i found these podcasts to be the best things ever so much better than music

02:26i was able to zone out the knee pain and the chafing burns that go along with a five day a week

02:31discipline running plan that started in february i truly believe some people around my town think i'm a

02:37lunatic runner because they passed me as i was hysterically laughing while jogging along the edge

02:42of the roads but how can you not laugh when chuck is describing his anal probe at his physical yeah

02:47that's true or you're all finding out the real meaning behind try the lamb chops oh yeah i forgot all

02:55about lamb chops so this past sunday was the race day and i did it i met the challenge i'm proud to tell

03:01you that my time qualified me for third place third place in the male age group of 75 to 79

03:08who cares that i'm 43

03:10seriously i want to thank you guys your shows kept me going and highly entertained keep up the great

03:18work i will continue to run and continue to listen long distance fan that's nice that's very nice that's

03:23very sweet very nice that's a good start dave i think yeah i am glad they rattled you up though

03:29because it was three million percent funnier with you as a real pissy yes exactly i wanted to thank you

03:37all because of your amazing show it has given me the hope and drive to change my life

03:48and jog and every day is filled with laughter

03:54because of you all yeah that's basically that was way better that way exactly i mean imagine it

04:07well that doesn't mean i was trying to be one little centralized thing i don't know why we had a

04:11feeling today we had a feeling we were like i wonder if dave's gonna come in here and

04:18play some kind of real nice story today come on you did not god no seriously we had like i bet

04:25there's like a real nice newsy story coming up and it wasn't it was a real nice email

04:54so stoked yeah he was and you guys just you did you stop that fire out we threw a blanket right
