00:11
onshore flow bringing showers to the east coast while a ridge of high pressure will push up
00:16
through the southeast into northern parts bringing much drier air to the interior of queensland and
00:23
central australia as well out west this trough will bring some instability with some showers
00:29
and storms later in the day there while off the kimberley coast a tropical low that is expected
00:34
to develop into a tropical cyclone either today or tomorrow but it is expected to continue moving
00:40
slowly westwards away from the mainland so let's move around the country and take a closer look
00:46
starting with queensland we've got generally dry and mostly sunny conditions throughout the western
00:52
and southern interior with that moderate to major flooding that's occurring through the far west

01:49
degrees as well then down in victoria there will be some morning fogged patches about the southeast
01:56
and the central district with some mid to high level cloud developing throughout the day and even a few
02:02
spots of rain about the southwest and central districts with just the bravest of raindrops reaching the ground
02:09
for melbourne a top of 27 degrees and a mostly sunny day down in tasmania now isolated showers are possible
