00:00The Boston Red Sox, we talked about the Yankees and the Orioles and keep in mind again, price

00:04points matter plus 280 as that number to win the division for the Orioles, the same identical

00:08number right now with the Boston Red Sox.

00:10I take a look at that lineup, Duran, Devers, Bregman, Costa, Story, Abreu, Wong, Hamilton

00:15and Rafaela.

00:16I love it.

00:17I look at that and I get excited even if Rafael Devers wasn't excited that Alex Bregman came

00:21to town, loves his bat, doesn't like his position.

00:24What's the outlook for us for the Boston Red Sox?

00:26Because for me, legitimate chances for me, they can win this division, Tom.

00:32I'm saying that this is probably the best the Red Sox have looked in three seasons,

00:37four seasons like this.

00:38Things are pointing up and the pitching staff has been the issue for the Red Sox over the

00:43past few years.

00:44They've, you know, kind of remedied that, bringing in Crochet, signing Walker, Buehler.

00:48I think those are great moves.

00:49The top of the lineup is awesome.

00:51The point of concern of like, we're going to poke holes in every team, what they do

00:54well, what they don't do well, would be some of those young, talented players, Campbell

00:58and Rafaela.

00:59Will they develop?

01:00Will Trevor Story stay healthy?

01:02Because obviously he hasn't in the past few years.

01:04What will the dynamic, the top of the lineup look at?

01:06Because, you know, I am personally, I think Duran is a player that you can trust kind

01:10of day in and day out for total base props.

01:12He can steal bases.

01:14I think he's up there to be one of the top 10 in the league when it comes to total hits,

01:17which is a bet that I always like.

01:20They have the power.

01:21Casas has plenty of power as a lefty.

01:23The bottom portion of the lineup, I think, needs to develop.

01:25But I think, again, kind of like the Yankees, if those players do develop, the top of the

01:28lineup can kind of carry things, plus the improvements they have in the pitching staff

01:32with a bona fide ace or assumed ace with Garrett Crochet, they have the pieces that you want.

01:37And again, earlier in the offseason, they were seeing about four, four and a half to

01:40one to win the division.

01:41And then the injuries hit the Yankees.

01:42So if you like the Red Sox, I think the time to strike, even though the numbers move, is

01:46now before they get off to a hot start, because it's not going to stay there.
