00:00Paul, a dramatic 3-2 win against Hayes and Yedding, coming back from 2-0 down and scoring

00:06the winner in stoppage time with Joe Jackson. That feels like a really big result.

00:10Yeah, it was. We got a comfortable lead up there but I think that pretty much sets it

00:15in stone now. It's just a matter of time. The game itself, I thought it was a real good

00:20game of football, especially the first half. They sucker punched us twice, I thought we

00:24started it quite well. Then we had a dodgy 5-10 minutes after they went 2-0 up but we

00:29settled into the game and I think once we settled in, we looked like we was going to

00:33win the game.

00:34So you got that 15-point lead but on paper this looked like a tough test and it was a

00:39real good game of football, wasn't it?

00:40Yeah, it was. The first half was really good. A real good game of football, real fast. The

00:45second half sort of changed, their antics sort of changed and I'm not too sure what they

00:49got up to in the second half.

00:50Yeah, so they came out quite quickly, didn't they? They hit you with a 2 but they didn't

00:54knock you at all, you were sort of straight back at them. You don't drop heads or anything

00:59like that.

01:00No, yeah. We've had so many teams come down here and sit behind the ball and they give

01:04it a go and credit to them. They almost come trumps with an early 2-goal lead. But yeah,

01:10I just thought their antics were time-wasting straight from the start. It was strange but

01:15it was...

01:16And picking up on that, obviously eight minutes of added time and that sort of comes back

01:21to bite them a bit, doesn't it really?

01:22Yeah, well I think the first half, I think he played five minutes. It was towards eight

01:26to ten minutes in the first half and even the second half, eight minutes. There's a

01:29lot more than eight minutes. But yeah, we snuck it in at the end.

01:33As I say, the first ten minutes 2-0 down but you played some really nice football and some

01:39nice goals and got yourself back level in that first half. The first goal, lovely. The

01:44Deans linking up, lovely pullback from Jack and Owen sweeps it in the bottom corner.

01:48Yeah, it was a good goal. Especially a difficult pitch, it's hard. But the way we passed it,

01:53especially for the goal. As I say, the build-up played down the right-hand side. Yeah, they

01:57couldn't live with us down the outsides.

01:59Obviously Sam was there at the right place, getting equalised and made it 2-2. He took

02:05a bit of good form.

02:06Yeah, he got himself in real good positions tonight, Sam, especially first half. I think

02:10being a little bit critical of him, he may have had two more. One at the back post and

02:15another side but he maybe just pulled out. But yeah, he's in the right place and he

02:19times those third-man runs excellently.

02:21Half-time at 2-2, you must have felt you had all the momentum at that point, obviously,

02:25coming back and playing well.

02:27Yeah, it was a strange one at half-time because it was a tale of two sides. I was a bit fuming

02:34in terms of the areas we got in. We had a few balls across the box and the way we played

02:39the box, we had no-one in there to tack the balls in. But the character on the other side

02:44to come back from where we were was excellent. I was just saying to the boys at the end,

02:49that's why we're going to be champions.

02:51Yeah, there were some real good balls firing across. Jack Dean fired a few across, so no-one

02:56was quite there.

02:57It was really taken, especially the way we played with the box. You've got four people

03:00and we didn't have one in there. So yeah, a little bit frustrating but we responded

03:04with a great attitude.

03:05Yeah, you kept going into that second half and obviously you got great options to come

03:09on. Obviously, Great came on, Sam came on, Dads came on. Well, they all came on, Ben

03:13as well. All five came on. So they all played their part, didn't they?

03:17Yeah, they did. Those were the handful up there. They were defending for their lives,

03:21so I was hanging on. I kept going down with cramp and injury. It just wouldn't fall or

03:26sit for the boys up top. But yeah, we'd get pushing and it finally dropped.

03:30Even in the first half, they were going down with cramp and stuff, weren't they?

03:36Yeah, within 15 minutes of the game. It was a strange one, I didn't really get it.

03:40And then obviously when they had the red card late on, I guess they then obviously

03:44even tried to delay them all and sit back, didn't they? And you just had to keep pushing

03:47and you did.

03:48Yeah, they were happy with the point and they almost saw it out. But yeah, they ran out

03:53of luck.

03:54And yeah, what a moment. I mean, obviously over a season, there's always going to be

03:57good moments, but that sort of moment for Joe to head that in in stoppage time and the

04:01scenes, the celebration, that's a real good moment, that.

04:04Yeah, yeah. Just galvanised it even more. Look, we need much for galvanising. But yeah,

04:09galvanise you a bit more. Celebrations were great. It's good to be in a tight game. And

04:14like I go back, that's why we're going to be champions, because we pulled those things

04:18out.

04:19Yeah, so a real good job to pull that out, 15 points clear and a real good crowd for

04:22Wednesday night as well tonight.

04:23It was, yeah. They brought a few and they were loud, which was good. It made for a good

04:28atmosphere, didn't it?

04:29And just want to roll on to Ascot on Saturday.

04:31Roll on to Ascot, yeah. Another tough one. You looked at this one and Ascot and Rainers

04:36Lane, three tough games and we've got a big three points here today.
