00:00Paul, 2-1 win against Bad Shortly, another 3 points ticked off the list, that's obviously pleasing to get that done and dusted.

00:08Yeah, it was a difficult game, they made it difficult for us today.

00:12But yeah, we spoke just before Christmas to the boys and it was all about the three games at Christmas, just win them at all costs.

00:19So far we've done two, so yeah, we're happy.

00:21They clearly came to sit deep and tried to sit back, you just have to be patient with that and get through that in the end.

00:30Yeah, they came and they've done a good job of doing it, trying to hit on the counter with a boy up top who was lying there,

00:37and it caused us a few problems to be fair.

00:39But yeah, we totally dominated the ball, we wasn't great with it, it wasn't really a great spectacle for a Christmas game,

00:48we wanted it full-blooded and going at it.

00:51But yeah, they killed the atmosphere, which is a credit to them.

00:54And then obviously they took the lead with that early one, picking out the top corner, not much you can do about that.

00:59But then obviously, pleasing to get the equaliser pretty quickly, wasn't it, with Jordan there?

01:03Yeah, it was a great finish by their lad.

01:06Yeah, it's frustrating because we asked them to do something, they did the opposite and we got punished for it.

01:17But yeah, it was a great response, what we asked them to do, they did and we scored.

01:22Yeah, it got us going, it got us going a little bit.

01:25And yeah, I felt if we scored one more, Owen Deansheader across the guard, I think if that went in, it may have opened up a bit more.

01:33Dominating the ball, dominating the territory.

01:36At half-time at 1-1, was it move the ball a bit quicker at all, anything like that?

01:40Or was it just keep going and then it will come?

01:43Yeah, no, it was move the ball quicker and I realised what we were trying to do.

01:48I think Jordan Gallagher was pulling out in the pocket really well and there was a space in behind and we just didn't mechanise it quick enough.

01:54So it was just trying to tell the boys, you've got to see the picture.

01:57On the pitch themselves, a lot quicker than they did in the first half.

02:01And just to be better, it was a little bit better, but yeah, we won the game.

02:07And got the second straight after half-time, obviously Ryan there smashed it home to finish it off.

02:12Yeah, coming out I think it was like 40 seconds into the second half.

02:16So yeah, not killed the game, but it was sort of a dead game.

02:19I think it was like the 89th minute and that's goalies going down with the ball, it's damage limitations.

02:27But yeah, it was a frustrating afternoon, but we won and we've got to be happy, that's a double over our local.

02:35Yeah, it's the three points, it's the double and Kingstonian were drawing dropping points,

02:40they've now just conceded in stoppage time, so potentially three points sort of gained there as well.

02:44Yeah, it looks that way, if that's the case then yeah, it's a good day today.

02:49So obviously you've got the third, it might have become more, but in the end it's the three points, isn't it?

02:53That was sort of the main thing today I guess.

02:55Yeah, it is, I'm sure Gallagher's played the other way round, they were in the game right until the end at 2-1.

03:02Like I said, he caused us a few problems, only one ball and it could have been different.

03:08Quick turnaround now to Moneyfield's New Year's Day, as you said the three games in this period are just all about wins presumably.

03:14Yeah, so quick together, we only played two days ago, we've changed it up a little bit today.

03:20Yeah, I think we've come through the game unscathed and Phil's got good minutes today.

03:25I think Jack Dean can place Moneyfield before we lose him.

03:30So yeah, it was good to get all the boys on and motivate them.

03:34Yeah, Del's got a start today, pleasing I guess to get that sort of more minutes.

03:38Yeah, you can see he needs it and it was ideal for him today in the second pack.

03:44So just playing the Cobblers off for him and he'll be up and running in a couple of weeks.

03:48We'll be seeing the best of Des again.

03:50SA managing to use the squad as you have to in this quick period.

03:53Yeah, definitely. Certain people do certain things, we look at the stats and that.

03:59Mike Walker's clocked almost 11km against Hartlebury, so we thought we'd take him out today and put Ben in there.

04:07We knew we'd have a lot on the ball today and at times you saw how good Ben is with the ball.

04:12And Dean, new contract as well, that was obviously pleasing for that to all be confirmed.

04:17Yeah, pleasing. It's something we spoke about about a month ago or so, looking to tie him down.

04:23We didn't want it running out and we're happy he's signed and he's going to be a part of hopefully what we achieve here.

04:30Yeah, and crowds over 1,000 today, 1,020.

04:33Yeah, brilliant turnout. They keep coming out and as the games at home now start to windle down,

04:41hopefully the support keeps coming up and we give them something to cheer about.

04:45And you want another big crowd on Wednesday?

04:47Yeah, roll on Wednesday. The weather's not looking too great, but roll on Wednesday and hopefully a great turnout for the new year.
