00:00Jimmy, a big 2-1 win against an Uxbridge team that are having a good season in the play-offs,

00:05that feels like that could be a really important point.

00:07Yes, that was a relief, really.

00:08I think we've been through the last few weeks.

00:10I think our displays haven't been great.

00:12They've been a little bit nervy.

00:13I think it's, they won't actually say, I don't think, some of the players,

00:16but I think you can sense as you're getting that little bit closer,

00:19you can feel, and today was a massive result.

00:20We knew that if we didn't get a result against them today, it sort of brings them back into it.

00:24All of a sudden, you look at the table and, you know,

00:28you're bringing them and Kingstonian both into it.

00:29But, you know, hearing that Kingstonian, I think, I'm not sure what the final score is,

00:32but hearing that they drew, it's a huge day for us.

00:34Yes, so massively, you know, fair play to them.

00:37They come and had a go, and not many teams do come here.

00:40They seem to sort of bank up and see how that sort of goes.

00:44But they sort of really had a go at us and applauded to them for that.

00:46I thought they were very brave and nearly got Nick to draw again.

00:50So, but we held on well.

00:51Yes, I'd say, I mean, obviously in a promotion winning season,

00:54obviously there are sort of key games where, you know,

00:56those do stand out, and today could be one of those really, isn't it?

00:59Yes, do you know what? On the journey in, sort of speaking to Matty,

01:02who I travel in with the goalkeeping coach, and today was a real big day.

01:06I think it felt like one of the turning points.

01:08And I think, you know, if you don't come away with nothing today,

01:11all of a sudden it gets a little bit, you know,

01:12getting a bit twitchy and a little bit nervy.

01:14But I think, you know, going back home tonight, looking at the league table,

01:18we're in a lot better place.

01:19You know, we're in a good place, of course.

01:20But, you know, this weekend, it seems good.

01:23Yes, as you say, you get over the line, get the three points,

01:25and Kingston enjoying 12 points clear.

01:27Massive, yeah, massive.

01:28I think for now, you know, another three home games on the bounds of this important,

01:32you know, we can potentially put that to bed and really, really push that,

01:35sort of make that gap that little bit bigger.

01:37But yeah, we enjoy today and then regroup and concentrate on Wednesday, I think.

01:41Uxbridge obviously put a bit of pressure on there at the end,

01:43pushing for that equaliser, but you stood up to it well.

01:45I mean, Zaky didn't really have anything.

01:47Do you know what? I think our defence this year has been outstanding.

01:51I think we've really been, I never feel, I'm always going to back the boys,

01:55but never sort of feel that we're ever going to come here and sort of,

01:59people are going to score three or four against us.

02:01It's just about how ruthless we are at the other end.

02:03And I think lately, I don't think we've been quite on it for whatever reason.

02:07You know, a little bit of confidence here and there, but, you know, it's,

02:11yeah, to be fair, this back four stroke,

02:13the two holding midfielders have been superb this year.

02:16So it's, yeah, applaud it to them, it all goes out to them.

02:18So well done.

02:19And obviously, the great start, getting 2-0 up within 22 minutes,

02:23proved decisive there, didn't it?

02:24Yeah, I think that's what we've been,

02:25I think we've been barking on to the boys on recent performances,

02:28maybe barring Kingstonian, that we've not quite took our chances early on.

02:32And we've sort of allowed teams to sort of gradually build themselves into the game,

02:36where we, what we try and do is sort of blow them away here.

02:39And I thought we'd done that today.

02:41And then just a sloppy goal conceded.

02:44Zaky thought there was a foul on him.

02:45I've not seen it yet.

02:47And unfortunately, Ryan sort of nodded into his own net,

02:49which was not ideal, but sort of regrouped.

02:53And, you know, the boys are showing a different side to,

02:55you know, we know their ability and how good they are as a unit.

02:58I think we're sort of having to,

03:00we're seeing another side of them where they've got,

03:03to be honest, you don't really care about performances.

03:05It's just about ticking them off now and trying to get the job done.

03:08As you say, ticking them off, and over a season,

03:10you do have to show all those different qualities, don't you?

03:12Massively. It's a big, it's a big strength having them and coming here.

03:15And, you know, we're expected to win naturally.

03:18And we put that pressure on ourselves as well.

03:20But when you sort of see that line nearly there,

03:23I think that's sort of all sorts of pressures you have to deal with.

03:26And I thought we dealt with them today really well.

03:282-1 at half-time. What was the message going into that second half?

03:30Just keep doing what we're doing.

03:31I thought we should have been further ahead, to be perfectly honest.

03:34And it was just making sure that, again,

03:36sort of them self-doubts don't creep in.

03:39Just keep doing what we're doing.

03:40I think, you know, when we look back at it,

03:42I think we sort of gave the ball away a little bit cheaply,

03:44maybe went from back to front a little bit too quick,

03:46where we're good enough to sort of look after the ball and build

03:49what our normal game is.

03:50You know, we tend to sort of build through the play.

03:52But I think, yeah, today it was, yeah,

03:55it was, I think it was just about getting over the line.

03:57And that's what we did.

03:58Yeah, so big three points, getting over the line.

04:00It's the first of four home games in 10 days.

04:02A real opportunity now to keep sort of ticking them off, potentially.

04:06Yes, it's nice to have a run of home games.

04:07It feels like we've never been here, sort of since the turn of Christmas.

04:10It doesn't feel like we've hardly been here.

04:12So it's, yeah, three more to go,

04:14and hopefully we can come away with all nine points.

04:16And obviously full focus now, quick turnaround up,

04:18going to see on Wednesday.

04:20Yeah, we'll reassess, see how the boys are.

04:21There was a couple that were sort of flagging towards the end there,

04:24a few tight sort of hamstrings and calves and stuff.

04:26So the physios give their own stuff, sort of assess them,

04:29see how they are, then we'll assess the side

04:32and pick it accordingly to going on Wednesday.
