00:13Naval Forces Southern Luzon or NAVFORSOL clarified that the ships seen in the waters of Jose Panganiban, North Camarines are not owned by China.
00:24In Panayam of Radyo Pilipinas Albay, Lt. John Emanuel Sison, Public Affairs Officer of the agency, said that the ships seen there and in other parts of the Bicol region are owned by the United States, Japan, and France.
00:40These ships are carrying out a maritime exercise known as Exercise Pacific Stellar 2025.
00:49Additionally, as part of the exercise, a ship of France will act as an enemy.
00:56There is also a request from the Philippine Navy that the maritime exercise should be considered if the public should not be involved.
