00:00China's anchoring hub, the Subi, or Samora Reef, is serving as an anchor.
00:05According to Philippine Navy spokesperson for the West Philippine Sea, Rear Admiral Roy Vincent Trinidad,
00:11there are rumours that up to 200 Chinese maritime militia vessels were paraded on the Subi Reef
00:18which became an enclosed haven and naval base after China's reclamation, which is estimated to have started in 2014.
00:26The Subi Reef is near the island of Pagasa in the West Philippine Sea
00:31where more than 80 Chinese militia and fishing ships were spotted inside its territorial sea.
00:40Meanwhile, the patrolling of the Armed Forces of the Philippines in the West Philippine Sea continues
00:45where this month, more than 50 successful patrol missions were carried out by our Navy and Air Force.
00:52This is a reminder of the AFP's commitment to protect the West Philippine Sea
00:57and support operations such as maritime domain awareness and resupply missions.
