00:00Not only one, but five Chinese ships attacked the Philippine ships yesterday in Bajo de Macinloc.

00:08At the very first opportunity, the Chinese warship People's Liberation Army Navy O'Plan,

00:17according to Commodore J. Tariella, PCG Spokesperson for the West Philippine Sea,

00:22carried out a dangerous maneuver.

00:24Despite this, the Philippines has no plans to send the Philippine Navy to the West Philippine Sea

00:27in the face of the Chinese greyship.

00:29The National Maritime Council, or NMC, has already condemned the incident

00:33that also happened to President Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr.

00:36and ordered a new incident of violence.

00:41The National Maritime Council condemns the hostile actions

00:45against the country's legitimate maritime operations within its maritime zones.

00:51The aggressive posture of the Chinese vessels highlights a continuing pattern of aggression,

00:58coercion, and intimidation within Philippine waters.

01:03The Philippines reiterates that the Bajo de Macinloc is an integral part of the Philippine territory

01:11and has indisputable sovereignty over the high-tide feature and its territorial sea.
